Calls every night 7 days a week, from 1700 to as late a midnight. Varies but average of 6-8 times, then stops.

Claimed they were a credit repairing agency

yeah i got this call today 08/ july/09 have no idea who it was and didnt answer as was busy

RECIEVED A CALL FROM MARK WILLIAMS (HAD A VERY THICK MIDDLE EASTERN ACCENT) CLAIMING TO BE AN ATTORNEY AND THAT I HAVE A LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST ME BY A COMPANY CALLED CASH ADVANCE USA.HE SAID I WAS GIVEN A LOAN DEPOSIT IN MY BANK ACCOUNT THAT I NEVER PAID AND MAY BE CHARGED FOR CHECK FRAUD.I HAVE ALL MY BANK STATEMENTS AVAILABLE TO PROVE I NEVER RECIEVED SUCH DEPOSIT NOR EVEN NEEDED ONE.I HAVE READ ABOUT ALL COMPLAINTS BEING FILED AGAINST THESE PEOPLE.
